The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening
• The process of opening the package
• The product inside the package

This video is required to verify any claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for return or exchange:

• The product must be unused
• Original packaging must be intact
• Unboxing video proof must be provided

Non-Returnable Cases
